Sales Technics for Beginners.

We are discussing on the Basic Technics of Sales. It will helps beginners who starts their carrier in sale department.SPANCO (Suspect, Prospect, Approach, Negotiations, Close, & Order)" Technic is very helpful and easy method. so that we can achieve target 

1)Suspect.

This initial phase in that we have main focus on lead generation. Their are many sources for lead generation in that News paper, Social Sites (Link dine), Direct approach to client, Competitor etc.

If we have more leads are pipe line then their is more chance for conversion of leads.


2)Prospect:-

It is second step. After receipt lead we have to decide which leads are prospective. In that we have to study some parameters client response towards you, What is client reputation in Market?, Is their client have budgets in hand? Etc.



 3) Approach:-

It is third step- In that after confirming Prospect client we have to increase our approach towards the prospect client. We have to engage them with respect to giving suggestion in terms of how can we give them good products with best quality as compare to competitor in best price.



4) Negotiations:- 

It is forth step and very important step. In that we have to convey the client with our pricing. We have give them best payment terms. We have to offer client discounts in price.




5) Close, & Order.

If All above state are done. Take follow up from the client like when they are planning to closed order. take more information about your proposal which you had summited in Negotiation. If the are really interested request to client for Advance Payment.
