Some Habits Good for health

 In  our daily Busy life most of peoples are not take notice towards their help. But after all Health is wealth. So we introduce following habits in our daily routing life we will get good results in health.

  • Sleep Early and Wake up Early :- 

Now a daily busy some older  say that sleep Early and Wake up early before Sun rising. Normally good time for sleep is 10 Pm to 5 am. Mr. Akshay kumar (Actor) is also following this in his daily life. 

  • Exercise in Morning.

    Exercise is most important habit for healthy life style, in that we can walk for half and hour, we can go to gym, we can do workout at home. If you do the exercise in morning we feel freshness in our body. 

  • Take Heavy Breakfast :-
Most of the people are working for 8-10 Hour in day . So that in day time we are burn our more calories as compared to evening time. If take heavy breakfast in morning it will help us to maintain our weight also. 

  • Go Offline:-
Todays life most of people spend their time on social networking sites. and even thought we are chatting with our friends on this sites. But if we can directly speak with them at least for minute instead of chatting.

  

  • Dink More Water 
We All know that their is approx. 70 percent water on earth and Approx. 30 % Land on earth. It similar with human body also. Water is most important part of human body. Water is just like engine oil for the human body engine.

  • DO NOT SMOKE.
We all know that Smoking is Injurious to health it can causes heart dieses, stroke, Cancer and many more dieses. So do not Smoke.
